Any fish farmer in the house from or around Enugu? |
. |
davonny: Hello great farmers in d house, iv been follwing this tread since it started. Now I want to start mine. I want to go for layers but somebody sugested I start with point of lay or point of cage so as to avoid stress, disease, casualty etc since I'm a fresher(inexperienced). Pls d experienced ones in d house what do u have to sayi think someone earlier on this thread gave his experience on pol. Layers are very delicate birds. Jxt a little mismanagement on day one can be detrimental when they must have started laying. As a starter, it is even more advisable to start from day old. Dis way, u'll understand the birds' behaviour, and can easily detect when theres a problem. Also u can be a hundred percent sure dat all the necessary vacines were administered and as at when due. U can be sure that the birds were well fed. Some pol farmers can do anything to reduce cost of production including feed reduction and ignoring some vaccinations. But if u must use pol, get it from a trusted supplier. Thanks. |

How about this? Teacher: If I give you 2 cats and another 2 cats and another 2 cats, how many cats will you have? Akpos: Seven, Sir. Teacher: No, listen carefully. If I gave you 2 cats, and another 2 cats and another 2 cats, how many will you have? Akpos: Seven. Teacher: Let me put it to you differently. If I give you 2apples, and another 2 apples and another 2 apples, how many will you have? Akpos: Six. Teacher: Good. Now if I gave you 2 cats, and another 2cats and another 2 cats, how many cats will you have? Akpos: Seven!!! Teacher (angry): Where did you get your seven from? Akpos: Because I already have 1 cat at Home! |

What's that joke that really made you laugh out your lungs? Share it here and let others laugh... Check this out: A boy came back from school and told his mom; Boy: our teacher is really confused Mom: why did you say dat? Boy: just 2 days ago he said 2+5=7, yesterday he said 3+4=7, and now today he is saying 6+1=7. He's not even sure of himself. Mom: i'v told your father to remove you from that useless school but he won't listen. |

Students, open ur eyes. Dis whole thing called ASUU strike, we are the only ones suffering it. Tomorrow or even next century when the strike have been called of, who losses? Us of course? Fed govt. gives out money dat they should have given out a long time ago; lecturers gets paid their usual salaries for the period the strike lasted; national assembly gets paid for sitting there doing nothing; lecturers now have more free time for their private businesses; the politicians' children do not school in dis country, so they are unaffected by the strike. We all end up graduating tomorrow and we cant even compete with them intelectually-yeah, as ugly as dat may sound but its the truth... Now on the lossing side... Students got to pay their house rents for the extension; we need more food stuff also; staying at home dis long and going back to pass through the stress of readjusting & then in a few weeks u see on the notice boards, "exams timetable". Before the strike, some students were on their undergraduate research, in fact almost completed. Right now those things have been wasted including the time and money put into it. Who pays for that? We, our parents. I strongly believe its high time we students started making our demands. In so doing, the fed. govt will see that they have alot to lose if they do not meet ASUU's demand cos they won't be ending up settling with ASUU but with the students' union. Of course we have a student's union. I think we should make good use of it. Its our future these people are playing with here! |

Broilers are naturally fast growing breed of birds. Feeding them growers which have a higher protein ratio will only make them overweight & in some cases making them unable to move around and this is not good for the birds. |
obnelly: Go and read the Richest man in babylon by Napoleon Hill and Apply his principle into your business you will not be successful but great.#The Richest Man in Babylon is by George S. Clason, 1926# |
a.A.K:it depends on how long you intend to raise the birds. Ideally, you feed them starter for about half the time you wish to raise them and finisher for the remaining half. E.g If you want to sell the birds at 10wks, feed them starter for 5wks and finisher for the remaining 5wks. #don't feed broilers with grower mash |

nickxtra: http://www.ngrguardiannews.com/national-news/133317-how-ibori-gave-me-15m-bribe-by-ribadu nickxtra: http://www.ngrguardiannews.com/national-news/133317-how-ibori-gave-me-15m-bribe-by-ribadu;->thank God Ibori is paying for his crime but is Ibori the only governor that stole money from his state? Where are the other governors that did same? All walking tall. This only shows that the EFCC is as guilty as them all because they didn't prosecute Ibori in the first place. ;->Ribadu is just saving his own ass. He should swear if Ibori was the only governor that bribed him. We should not be deceived by all those incomplete stories he is telling. |
