Yea...wen u submit each application online...it will give u ur application number...it will even be d name of d pdf file...so no wahala in seeing it at all

That guys who says he has his language certificate already, how do you plan to send it to UAF? Because I know u probably didn't attach them for the result to be sent to them.

1. U don't write entrance exams for Msc...u may be asked for skype interview tho...
2. The exam in kenya is for undergraduates...and that's d exam organised by Funnima, u av to write it b4 u can be offered admission.
3. IELTS test result form can be sent electronically..

As u are applying for masters, send any document that's worth sending...if u av certificate of all diz management programs we do during nysc, send it...also, send certificate of professional programs too...it will boost ur chance during d application selection process.

It will conver automatically after u submit each application, so dnt worry abt that.

but the problem with nipost is that you can't track your documents, and you know how 9ija things use to be, some times they may get some kolo mental, before your document will get there it will take 4 months or even lost

That is wrong ooo...nigerian post office don make senz...so far u do registered mail...they will give u ur tracking number and u can track on www.nipost.gov.ng ... Sometimes, u may not be able to track it bcoz dey change some tracking details in lagos airport office.

You need 6.5 in IELTS for masters.

Residence permit is 65k (electronic application), 70k for paper application.
Insurance is 31k

U will send ur insurance...but ur application fee...u will go to d embassy wit d teller from bank...na d 1st tin dem go ask from u b that.

U can only bring in your wife with a residence permit.... If she wants to come visit u, then she will apply for 90 days visa... Either way, na u go answer almost all d question bcoz u r d 1 bringing her in.

Thanks man....I saw one other thing, we are to submit all our original docs two weeks prior to interview.it was stated in a list I saw that we should submit our international passport with it BUT it was stated again that we must present our international passport on arrival at the embassy. Also, we need a result checking card..seems we gotta contact waec for that abi how person go get am......watz up on that.

LoL...no big deal on diz...after u apply online, print out ur application, and gada it with all your original documents + 2 sets of fotocopy each, + ur international passport if u be nigerian, + 3passport foto, + result checking card which is a new waec scratch card, den post wit dhl, fed ex or ups to d embassy 2weeks b4 ur date .....when u get to d embassy on dat day, d 1st tin dey will show u is ur docs...also u av already presented ur international passport that way...
U dnt need to contact waec, just buy d card 600 naira or so.

Requirement : have a good reason, and also have every proof that u will come back...(Like u av a job down here that will bring u back or smtin)

Time : it takes at most, 14 working days after your interview

Cost : Application fee for finnish visa...I think 13000 naira...*am not sure abt that*...

Then ur transcript is not 2500 naira...it must be very expensive.

For those that will be using NIPOST that way...don't let your school staple it or tape it (if u r from OSU, dey wil tape it b4 u knw it..tell dem to just stamp d seal, U.I will never staple or use tape, dnt knw abt other xools), nipost will reject it for R.mail...u will have to use the normal mail wc takes 21 working days at least (that's wah our xools use coz its cheap...200naira..that's y it gets there late)

What ever teaching u want to teach someone u should do it on this thread please, do everything in the open no private email exchanges here, except for study materials. that is why it's called an open forum. Many people are sending transcripts, so tell us what u know, just like you have been told all you asked too.

Besides UAF won't accept transcript not sent directly from your school with the sending school seal on it.

Yeah yeah.... U r right...but anytin that involves logic...I don't post directly online...am sorry but that just how I do my tin...who knows who is reading diz stuffs we talk here...we need to be careful of tinz we post online...anytin that involves wuru wuru, extra caution is needed........

Go to ur xool and collect ur transcript in ur hand...den u can post by ur self....if u rely on ur xool posting for u...dey may take more time and u will not be able to track it by ur self....

Don't worry...u will get it b4 that dat or dat week...migri is aware abt everything...so they will give u a decision as soon as possible... Wc side of finland are u going? When is ur interview date?

There is something I wish to let u guys take note...send your transcript and docs within close time...last year, I sent a transcript den some few weeks latter, I posted the docs...den uaf said transcript never arrive in january...*I know wah I went tru b4 we could track d transcript to one of their staff*...if possible let ur docs be there b4 transcript or let dem leave nigeria same day...and if that's not possible...d days diff should not be too much...

Hi all. Please I need people who are already in Finland to clarify something. I read that one needs €6720 living expenses in one's account to process the first year of residents permit for masters in Finland. I can come up with this, but the problem is processing the 2nd year while in Finland...how can one go about this e.g if one is doing those 25hrs/week blue collar jobs. I love the idea of the free tuition and all & will love o get a quality masters from a well structured educational system as in finland but I don't want to be stranded in a foreign land after I've given my all to it. Well...for now, u just have to focus on getting in...1. Get the admission, 2. Get ur 1st residence permit...the 2 are not easy to get as well, if u can get them and get to finland...am very sure u will be able to renew ur permit d nxt year.

I know of many guys that didn't certify it...I certified mine coz I had d chance to...but u dnt need to certify ur IELTS...they will get the TRF once u apply and send ur ielts result fotocopy...I can certify in ikeja...na small tin.

well the only way I think he will get visa is through tourist visa but he will not mention entrance exam he if not nah direct denial, cos the have put it on their site that nothing like visa for entrance exam. So let him go with tourist visa he may get 3 months visa from there write his exam.

Well...there is no reason for u not to try....if u mention exam dey will not grant u...if u now wist to use tourist visa...dat means starting from d application period, u will indicate u want to do it in Finland...how are u sure u wil get the visa...u dnt knw d kind questions dey will ask u...eventually, if dey dnt give u, u lose ur chance of writing d exam for d year...so why not focus on writin in africa...u can go to kenya now...u can still enter kenya anyhow.
