This includes selecting systems that support day-to-day operations; outlining process flows, defining operating rules and policies, integrating manual operations with IT systems and defining performance metrics Evaluate creditworthiness and risks of potential customers Approval or denial of loan applications within established company processes Implementing solutions that bring process performance to the next level such as ensuring effective and timely responses to new loan applications Managing the entire company processes implies overseeing a wide range of operational activities alongside managing customer relationships. These include but are not limited to: performing credit analysis, establishing direct communication channels with applicants and borrowers, issuing loan agreements, issuing monthly statements, addressing customer claims, etc Work closely with senior management Prepare regular presentations on the overall status of the company’s operations and deliver results and improvement plans to the Board of Directors and Shareholders. The performance of the above roles will ultimately be measured by the COO's ability to run a portfolio of consumer loans efficiently while delivering strong results on customer satisfaction.
