NOTE – I will be co - investing in the business.

Times are hard in Nigeria. But In hardship opportunity presents.

The business opportunity

The business opportunity on offer is simply money lending.

We will lend money against hard assets. Think jewelry, watches, gadgets, cars etc. To start with loan duration will be 30-90 days

How we make money

We simply make money from charging storage fees. i.e. X amount per day, per week or per month.

What we need

All we need to do is open up a shop in an easily accessible location and register it.

Our unique advantage

Most people don’t know how to market and get customers easily. I do. And it is the reason why I don’t mind putting the idea out there. Because 99.9% of people cannot replicate or implement in the way I can.

I already have a lead generation business up and running (providing lenders with leads) – but most of the funding capacity is concentrated in Lagos. Hence the opportunity to lend directly here in Abuja.

I have other business interests which mean I cannot focus 100% on this. I could hire employees, but as this directly involves money, a great deal of trust is needed. Hence why I only need people with vested interest in the business.

Plans for the future

I propose that we register the business with the CAC and open up a dedicated corporate bank account. This will be used to show evidence of money in and out. Using this evidence, we can easily apply for external funding and potentially scale across other states in 18-24 months ( i am thinking Kano or Kaduna)

Who I need

I need a couple people who have the capital to co-lend with me (at least a few million). If what you are investing is pretty much all the money you have – this business is probably not suitable for you.

Ideally you should be able to help manage the day-day operations of the business with me. So preferably looking for people with capital, but who don’t know what kind of business to do.

No age preference really, but you should be computer literate and be mature. Ability to learn quickly as well.

We will deliberately be starting out small.

If you are a lender or work for a lender.

I have access to hundreds of people looking for finance (with and without collateral) across Nigeria.

Funds are mainly to be used for business purposes.

Get in touch, with your lending requirements - bethnals9@gmail.com

NOTE. You or your source must be able to lend directly.

PropertiesRe: How Do I Convince An Investor To Come Into The Country For The Real Estate by bethnals: 3:52pm On Jan 21, 2020
ambrosedmax:
hello everyone, i have been in contact with a certain austrialian billionaire, who actually made his money through real estate, we have exchange several chats in over two years of our comunications, raging from family, politics, business, random talks. recently we got into a chat about investments plans that he can make in nigeria, in the real estate sector, although this is exactly my plan, to bring him here and make him invest in some of my ideas.
now the problem is i dont have ideas on how to present some answers to his question as he already has plans of visiting the country later this year, though i am still compiling my researches, how do i answer this assignment:
"Work out the investment risks - cost per unit - what to do with it sell or rent and what the returns are
You need to learn all the costs - the market "

i need ideas and suggestions on how to go about this, he is willing to come over and buy lands errect estates if the conditions are favourable.

ABUJA is the target location, how do we acquire lands and the procedures, FCDA, AGIS and all.

All he keeps emphasising on are the cost of investments like what size of land, and cost of buying and building the residential units, what risks are involved, if we are to sell, rent or place them on mortage. how long are his returns going to run through, just a detail plan of doing the real estate business in nigeria
Hi. What's your email? Or number?
PropertiesRe: My Personal Experience Of House Hunting In Lagos State, With Lessons by bethnals: 11:38am On Jun 29, 2019
House hunting in Abuja, like elsewhere in Nigeria, can be tough. But if you follow a few basic steps life becomes easier.

The important things to consider are: budget, location, property specifications and finding the right agent.

They do not require any registration docs. Your business physical address is crucial because you will show up on local search by Google users, although your account needs to be well setup and optimized.
How do they verify you then if you dont get the postcard?

What documents do they ask for when registering google my business.

Do they ask for CAC and rental agreements?

Please advise.

They ask for that if you have a shop or an office where you operate from. They need it to verify your claim of the business.
Is there anyway to verify without those documents?

Thanks.
