Two types of regret was shared for the GT. There was a slight difference in the wordings.

One set of the regret mail has "at this time" while the other do not have.

It seems there are two form of regret mail for the GT application. One of the regret email has "at this time" while the other do not have "at this time".

Could this mean a waitlist in disguise?

Bro....I was just reminiscing. The current economic situation in the country made me had a rethought on the regret mail.

This would have been a dream come true for me. I trusted God for this job, I tried to prepare in the best possible ways and thought it will end in praise but I guess my best wasn't enough, if only I had the power to go 3months back in time, I know the exact things I did wrong and should have done better. I don't know what the future holds for my dream of working in oil & gas but it's all good, I know his plans for me are for good not evil. gracias NLNG for the experience.

Sincerely....I cannot categorically say what could be the reason for the omission.

Maybe there is a second batch, if there is someone in the situation like this, then there might be hope for second batch.

I think @ IMOHS opinion of paying a visit at the HQ is a good one too.

It is only those that did the interview got the regret email feedback from NERC. I got mine this morning and many other guys in our group. I think with this they have come to the end of the recruitment exercise while the successful ones are to resume latest by 1st June 2023.

It seems regrets mail was sent to only those that did interview. Some people that did the test have not gotten any feedback from NERC

I'm a civil engineer with about 3 years of high quality experience, but I'm slowly loosing interest(most cause of the working conditions of my former place of work).

Recently i got two job offers. One from one of the top telecom companies in the world and the second from one of the top oil and gas companies in the world.

For the oil and gas company, i would continue working as a civil engineer, and for the telecom, it would be new, but I'm fine with that. Both companies are offering good pay.

I'm just curious about the prospects of the telecommunication world. Especially as i plan on doing my masters in Canada in a year or two. I'm going to be 25 soon and i need to get myself right.

Is it a vibrant industry or should i stay on my lane I'm already great at?

Since the oil and gas is in line with what you are doing, you can choose the oil and gas.

If you want to explore new opportunity you can try the telecommunication.

Please what is the name of the oil and gas if you don't mind.
