A country where everyone is giving their best to the society. He felt he has failed as a police chief for not policing all and sundry which led to the assassination and the death of Abe. Unlike here where our so called leaders do not have any iota of shame. No shame at all. Nigeria Will Be Great Again. Vote Wisely. |
Why una no explain this thing well na |

Agriculture was not my choice in anyway. No be you go tell Nigeria wetin you wan become, na Nigeria go reason you as e dey be (unless you have funds for private university). I've always aspired and worked towards becoming an ophthalmologist (Doctor of the eye). But JAMB and universities been dey delay person. I had to try again, then ended up with a B.Agric course. Family started cajoling to pick it up. Not to wait any longer. |
After acquiring a degree in Agriculture, what next? This question has been giving me sleepless night since in entered my penultimate year. I am currently studying Agronomy (Crop Science) in one of the top universities in Nigeria. My results has been good. No carryover, maintaining good grades. I could graduate with a first class degree (I'm still uncertain about it though). But the way things are going in this country, who first class help? E come be a degree in agriculture. I'm really confused. Due to the ASUU strike, I went for job hunting and I had to settle for a PMS attendant work in a filling station. The pay is not too good. Na management person dey do. Job no dey this country. The job is really stressing. I plan to discontinue after this month. Working in a filling station does not worth it at all; It is not advisable, my skin is kinda shrinking, pus discharging from eyes too. I guess it may be affecting my health too. As a result of not knowing when the strike will be called off, I plan on acquiring a barbing skill while waiting for ASUU & FG. Meanwhile, this thought of life after school is really giving me sleepless nights. Can someone with a degree in agriculture work in the banking sector? What is my fate with a B.Agric. degree? Mods please push this to front page. Thanks. |
