Quick questions to all the gurus in the house. I intend applying for an M.Sc programme in computer science or related IT courses next year, and i'm considering 3 schools; TU Munich, TU Berlin and TU Darmstadts.

I have a 3.49 CGPA in computer science (2nd class lower; 0.1 denied me of a 2ND class upper).

Also, 5 years good working experience as a systems administrator/IT specialist.

What do you think are my chances of getting an admission to this schools especially TU Munich and TU Berlin? 

What criteria(s) are mostly considered for a successful application?

Munich or Berlin; which city would be more suitable for a naija boy to study / hustle?

How can I get them to wave the IETLS/TOEFL test, since I have a proficient English Language skills?

Are there any known scholarship programmes for Nigerians to study in Germany.

Any other useful information will be highly appreciated.

From experience ,absence of catalyst doesn't really make such a significant impact in your fuel mileage ,the primary purpose of catalyst is filter out the dangerous and toxic emission and is compulsory in developed states where there are strict emission law.If you are mindful about cost ,use a spacer to remove the catalyst code and take your car to a professional diagnostician to diagnose your car for other issue that is responsible for the poor fuel mileage like faulty o2 sensor, stuck open thermostat,VTEC issue, open loop conditions etc .
But if you still want to change the 2 catalyst ,budget around 150k .

i use a dell 1525 laptop.
For some time now, it has stopped charging. when i plug in the ac adapter. It shows "plugged in - not charging".
Im tired of this as my laptop battery is dead and no means to charge the battery.
Its just like im using a desktop computer, cant use it when there is no power supply.
