It's because most of the policy makers are not into production. They don't run businesses or factories but just wear tie and suit and be making decisions they don't have understanding of it's implication.

Please Mr.Governor, help us fix Ajuwon - Alagbole Road. The road is terrible and people have lost their means of livelihood to this.
Fixing this road is the best palliative you can give to the self sustaining people living in this area.
