I am more concerned that she is feigning surprise at the sorry state of security in Nigeria. Poor Cybersecurity is an issue everywhere in the world, but Nigeria's is worse to a greater degree. The speaker can damn well use Nigeria, or any country he wishes, to drive his point home.
