So I'm guessing this Executive chat will be based on your understanding of the company, they'll like to pick your brain and know if you know about them, their engagement and policy and what you can contribute not that you're being employed cos of money.

Great! Your guess work is good - It's a mix actually, somewhat casual too; questions about your preferred state of deployment and, possibly, preferred department. The bank wants to handle Logistics, accommodation and basic amenities (via lump sum, I presume) at the end of the virtual training. I believe it's only for people that will be redeployed because not everyone will be moved to another state.

Regardless, the bank wants to offset some of the bills.
