Israel got the Golan heights from Syria, West Bank (Judea and Samaria) from Jordan, Sinai desert and Gaza from Egypt after defensive wars they fought with these countries and not with Palestinians.. though Israel gave back the Sinai desert back to Egypt for normalization and wanted to also give back Gaza,Egypt refused and objected in taking back Gaza a move that almost derailed the normalization treaty then..so Israel do not owe Palestinians any land because those lands were not theirs in the first place.
