We seek to become a reckoning force in real estate in Nigeria. In order to make our presence fully established in Abeokuta, we require a talented and resourceful individual to fill the role stated hereunder:
Expectations
1. Source for new available properties in their designated area/zone and ensure that picture and full description of the property are put in the website.
2. Meet with estate agents and landlords on a regular basis to ensure their properties (new/existing) are captured and put in the website and establish constant communication with them.
3. Interview clients assigned to you by Head, A.R.O to determine what kind of property they are seeking.
4. Co-ordinate for the company clients the following; Viewings, Overseeing signing of documents.

6. Compare a property with similar with other properties to determine its valued market price.
7. Accompany clients during visits and inspection of the property, advising them on the suitability and value of the homes they're visiting
8. Reports to Head, A.R.O

Qualification & Requirement
Minimum of OND in any discipline
Knowledge of real estate in Abeokuta and its environs is an added advantage
Good Marketing & Communication skills (Yoruba language & Broken English is a plus)
Ability to Show attention to detail and ability to follow procedure perfectly
Must be Tech savvy and Computer literate
Must have good dress sense
Ability to under of little or no supervision.

This happened when i was in jamb class 7years ago. A friend refered me to this girl (then i was shy and had loads of cash), he did the 'toasting' and we started off! (awkward). That was Jan or so, a week later my friend tells me that valentines day is coming and her bday is on the 12th, that what was i going to do for lil missy, i said ok maybe a visit to an eatery will do, he said thats lame, i should, infact i must get her something, i asked what? (as at this time i was very curious.) He said the traditional bra and panties will be costly besides 'no be 1 i go get for am' <in his words> he later insisted i give her money 20k, i was still not comfortable with the idea, until a friend in the lesson told me her bday was october etc. On her so called bday i gave her messenger (my friend) #500 glo rcard, and on vals day sent a text. She later broke up with me..

i love this thread, learned alot and had enough to laugh about, esp. If you were an animal who would you be? That was funny. I had an interview at a firm in VI, First met a lady that interviewed me, passed me on to the MD, pretty lady she looked like ex. Gf.. Back to it, I was asked two questions,
where I reside and how long i wanted to work, my ansa was i am willing to relocate to lagos from abeokuta, and am willing to work for as long as possible.. I wasnt given the job, END OF STORY
