you're rite no course is easy,but the essence of change of course is because of the cut-off of different courses.e.g a person scores 201 in utme has to hit 280 in pume to stand a good chance in elect/elect...well,if the person changes to physics,then its 200(minus 80mark) in pume,admission guaranteed.
