1. 30 completed Enugu Smart Green Schools out of 260 under construction.

2. 60 equipped Type 2 Primary Healthcare Centres across 260 wards.

3. The Enugu International Conference Centre - a hub for global engagement.

4. 90 newly completed urban roads to ease mobility in our cities, and

5. A state-of-the-art Command and Control Centre with 150 AI-embedded patrol vehicles for enhanced security.

This is the same Enugu that went into the abyss of socio-economic degradation and structural abandonment for 8 solid years under the previous, utterly clueless and deluded administration. Peter is barely two years in power! This guy is a living testament to the fact that a people is as blessed or cursed as their leadership.

That conference center is a beauty to behold and the delivery time is beyond human comprehension. A five star hotel is also rising. Presidential hotel Enugu is rapidly coming back to life. An International healthcare center is coming. A massive ultramodern bus terminal is coming. Theme Parks and scores of tourist attractions are under construction and work on these projects progress steadily and simultaneously without interruption. Come on!

By the way, most IOCs (International Oil Companies) have their HQ in Lagos even though production is nowhere near Lagos. Guess what? Lagos receives the tax that Delta, Akwa Ibom, Rivers, Abia, Imo, Edo, should have!

If the Free money guaranteed by Oil Gas flowing from Niger Delta and some Igbo States (Imo & Abia) shared every month is reformed, such that 80-90% of it goes to the State according to earnings, most States like Ogun will have a yearly budget of less than 200 billion naira.

1. Niger Delta.
Either Resource Control, or 80% earning from oil Gas goes to them. What they do with it, isn't anybody's or region's business. After al, despite the high IGR, skull mining is still the highest reason for homicide in that region.

2. North.
Place an Agricultural tax on all internal export fron that region. Netherlands, earns more from Agriculture in a year than what Nigeria earns from Oil & Gas in three years.

3. SE.
Reform the federation and delist the Executive List of items made for only Federal govt investment. This way, if billionaires from SE decides to minic Japan and build Next Gen Infrastructures in transport, Port facilities etc via Debt Financing..... They should be allowed!

4. SW.
Then, Asiwaju can tax what ever he feels like!
