- Monthly/Forth-nightly material planning with Plant Manager.
- Interact with overseas suppliers to obtain timely PFI’s based on plan.
- Instruct Sig team to process it further between corporate office & Nigeria for all different items/shipments.
- Following-up local supplies for different cartons/sleeves/chemicals/Sugar etc.
- Follow-up of Form M before shipment and shipment tracking.
- Managing RM, PM and FG stores routine for the factory with local team.
- Timely Stock reconciliation and enforcing FIFO.
- Track the monthly landed cost of imported materials /track on local items.
- Resolve different SAP related issues; many times we have issues in item code/PO/GRN etc.
- Space management within warehouses.

Charted accountant with relevant experience can also be considered
Salary will be based on the profile (150-250k per month).
