Position Title – PA to the MD
Location – VI

Duties and Responsibilities
• Manage and maintain the MD’s diary
• Co-ordinate MD’s travel and accommodation requirements
• Filter general information. queries, phone calls to the MD by redirecting or taking appropriate action
• Prepare correspondence on behalf of the MD, including the drafting of general replies
• Conduct weekly diary meetings with the MD to discuss upcoming engagements, invitation and other requests
• Minute general meetings as required and follow up on action items on behalf of the MD
• Produce documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations
• Ensure guests meeting with the MD are well taken care of
• Carry out specific tasks, projects or research as instructed by the MD


Essential Skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Excellent organizational skills, ability to multi-task and organize others
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Presentable

Skills required:

• Troubleshoot application and hardware issues on both user and server levels
• Aid in maintaining that all servers/computers/peripherals are in good working condition
• Perform servers and other computer asset maintenance (regular and ad-hocs)
• Maintain hardware and software updated inventory
• Resolve all application (emails, applications, etc) related issues
• Participate in designing and implementation of various systems/application projects as requested by the client
