Don't let Ogun state civil servants hear you say this, they will munch you raw. The govt is owing 13 months salary. It might not be as bad as other states, but it is bad enough. No pay for 13 months and you are still expected to go to work. The state govts should start downsizing and weeding out ghost workers, to reduce the salary budget.
