A friend of mine had an issue which we rectified yesterday evening before dis mrng, his name was uploaded, sometimes they might have spelt ur surname wrongly and no matter how u search youll see." no record found".

I told you what to do to rectify your problem, but you seem to think otherwise. A friend of mine had this same problem, and he just went to the NYSC office in the state where he resides ( he was lucky there was one ) and made the complaint to the ICT office there and funny enough all his original data was in the NYSC database, they just pulled up his data and solved it for him there.

NB: he had also submitted and the exemption had started processing.
