This might be a little tricky so be catre ful when u try it. Insert your hand into the printer, poke the front and poke all the levers and move things around a bit. U'll hear a sound like a stuck switch and poking them normaly frees them up. The problem may also have been caused by a dirty sensor. Disconnect from power supply, open the printer and clean everything. You may use toilet paper (Risky so be careful not to leave fragments of toilet paper inside the printer). Any other clean and soft material dat won't leave;particles is preferable. I hope this solve it. ![]() |
