Music/Radio / What Do You think Of Nigerian Music Videos by bigyinka: 4:39pm On Oct 19, 2009
---Very Very good quality

---the directors seems to always try to show what they can do rather than whats good for the video e.g shallow depth of field in places not even necessary, guess they just learnt that, cuz its becoming to commonplace dis days

---Video becomes good that they forget the message of the song they trying to shoot

---some songs dont even worth shooting a video for cuz u cant even hear a dime they saying yet video 's got Helicopters in it

---everybody that holds a camera now and probably knows how to turn it off and on claims he is a director

---amazing videos with superb quality yet audio doesn't drive sonically,

am not a producer or singer or whatever but am a very good listener and i can see why MTV keeps saying MTV AFRICA MUSIC AWARD AND THEY NEVER SAY MTV AMERICAN AWARDS OR MTV EUROPEAN AWARDS.
Music/Radio / Re: Naija Hiphop Dead Before It Began Nigerian Artist Disguising On Nairaland by bigyinka: 6:10pm On Jan 24, 2009
Thank you all for your SHORT-SIGHTED REPLY, WHAT I SAID IS WE HAVE OUR STUPID ARTIST IN THIS FORUM

Music/Radio / Naija Hiphop Dead Before It Began Nigerian Artist Disguising On Nairaland by bigyinka: 11:56am On Jan 24, 2009
We Nigerians know good things when we see One!!!!!Mind you am not into music, am a dedicated listener!

i notice after carefully following different post by people, its so obvioulsy clear that my findings are true,
"ALL OUR STUPID ARTIST ARE ON THESE FORUM"
its so sure that the artist themselves knows they needed to be diplomatics cuz they aint good enuff, ALL BLACK MEN ARE RAPPERS SO HOW CAN SOMEONE COME OUT AND SAY M.I IS THE BEST RAPPER IN NIGERIAif they can be listed am sure MI wont even be in the first 30million considering the Unknown.

Dont get it twisted M.I is a very good artist but just another number.Tuface enter the place single is one of the worst track i ve ever heard in my life(my opinion)

Nigerians are crowd followers, Modenine or watever u call him is on nairaland,MI,saucekid etc,

IF you are good as an artist nigerians will know, hard to admit Eedris and his dumb touts,plat-whatever fools too back in the days came up with the revolutionary style of music in nigeria that its availiable at the moment though it can only get better.

The traditional artist we have like the like of fela,King sunny, zaki etc didnt have to impersonate, because they were GOOD!

I bought there stuffs so i appreciate nigerian tunes, amazing one even went as far as telling his friends base in london to find one but white who can play his tune just to get fans appreciation, wow! and it worked , hmm stealing comes in different forms
I cant see "the not earning attitude runs through our blood as nigerian" but i guess it works for them

i expects to be backlash for writing dis as the artist themselves will reply in forms or they just keep quite and not reply,
