In the 70s and 80s Buhari was oil minister. In the 90s he was still involved in oil industry as Abacha's PTF chairman.
Buhari returned to the industry as soon as he became president. Doubling as both the President and the minister of Petroleum.
Why is Buhari so interested in NNPC?
