I just find it difficult to believe that Buhari is ignoring a lot of competent hands that worked so hard for the party's victory e.g Abike dabiri, wale Edun, Dele Alake, to mention a few. I hope his attention is been called to this anomaly. |

1. When you fail to fulfill your campaign promises blame GEJ/PDP
2. When you are asked for accountability blame GEJ/PDP
3. After running government for 8 months and people are still not feeling the "CHANGE" blame GEJ/PDP
4. When you make bad economic decisions blame GEJ/PDP
5. When you take forever to appoint ministers blame GEJ/PDP
6. When you can't tell nigerians that you won't be able to fulfill some of the bogus promises blame GEJ/PDP
7. When you are in doubt blame GEJ/PDP
8. When you junketeer around the world with no tangible result blame GEJ/PDP

Christianity Etc › Re: Shocking Details I Found About The Porn Industry -abylyty by Billygee2u: 12:13am On Jan 18, 2016 |
Abylyty: Okay! I realised that pornography is one of the major anti social vices we have in the world today. Now straight to the point.
After doing a careful research (on both male and female porn stars), I discovered that most people who engage in pornography do it for the money and not because they enjoy doing it, hence many people have had to quit the industry in droves.
Listening to their( Those who quitted) confessions and experiences, I noticed all of them said the same things about the industry of which I'll highlight below.
1) the people who came to draw them to the industry coaxed and deceived them by telling them they were going to be rich and famous like their favorite celebrity.
2) EVERY porn star is alcoholic and DRUG ADDICTED, and Almost all scenes were shot under the influence of drugs, so that's why they can engage in very gross, brutal and unatural sex acts. Most often than not, they are subjected to very harsh and cruel sexual activities they never wanted to engage in.
3) many porn stars enter into the industry under aged. At this point they are a good prey because they are still naive and unexposed.
4) they are lied to that they were going to be protected from diseases and infections, but it was a blatant lie after all, and a lot of them ended up having HIV which ruined them.
5) Almost all of them grew up In dysfunctional homes, some did not experience love while growing, some were severally and cruelly abused, others had parents in that line of work, and almost all of them lacked parental care and guidance
6) they all agree that pornography is bad and EVIL, and anyone watching it is in support of prostitution and dehumanization of people especially women who are the worst affected by it. They also agree that porn adversely affects not only those engaging in the sexual acts, but also those watching it.
7) they all confessed that all the while they were in the industry doing all those things, they felt a huge depth of emptiness lurking in and around their lives. Many have been attacked and brutally raped, some died on set while filming fetish scenes, and some murdered in cold blood.
lastly, another thing that is common to all their stories, accounts, and confessions is that they are happy to be free and they became free when they found love in JESUS.
There are some of you reading this right now that may be slaves to porn probably not as actors, but as watchers. If this already written off people found their life I Christ, what are you waiting for?
It's time to get up from the ashes, dust yourself up and do the right thing. If JESUS saved them, he can save you too.
For those people who think the message of JESUS is a drivel thereby mocking beleivers, I want to tell you that the world will be a better place if we all could be like him. I sometimes wished he was like our celebrities who don't care what anyone says about them for the very fact that they don't even know and care if those people even exist, but JESUS is not so. He still loves you even though you speak bad about him and hate on him however you want.
Let's say NO to pornography and YES to the message of JESUS |

snailspeed: On wednesday, I raised some specific arreas of corruption that President Buhari and the APC led government have to explain to the masses since May 29 and especially in the last few months. As a follow up to that, I will be looking at specifics in the coming days.
First on the list and since this is hot and fresh on our plate, I will be taking a look at the missing but found #BudgetOfYams. The whole event around the budget has become one big national disgrace that has taking us many steps backwards among the comity of nations. Seeing such a shameful news on BBC site is really sad and depressing and makes you ask why we have been this ladened with such a group of incompetent and stoneage leaders.
Having said that, I will start this with a simple item in the budget. I will advise everyone to please get a copy of the budget. It is available online. This one just caught my attention and is a prime example of how this budget was designed at a conduit pipe to steal and as a medium to repay politicians monies spent during the last elections. The first truth about the budget you will realise is that, if you prune it from all the corruption and bloated items, you will arrive at a budget of around N4 trillion. The rest is just largese to be shared by members of the ruling party. And to think that they are even going to borrow to fund their corruption largese is dishearthening.
This one is really hillarious. The federal ministry of solid minerals will be updating their website in 2016 with, wait for it......
N795, 234.275
Seven hundred and ninety five million Naira only! Oshe!!!
Maybe they want to develop another Facebook for Nigeria. Note that this is for update oh. This is not even to design a site from scratch. When it was revealed that saint Fashola did a website for N78m, we thought we had seen it all. But we thought wrong. APC is change so N78m will not do this time. Former Gov Fayemi has taken it to a whole new level and moved the ministry to the permanent site. You know he is close to Fashola so he must have learnt a thing or two from the master. Remember the N3.3 Billion government house where he spent N50 million on two beds?
I can confidently say that a small group of 5 Nairalanders can deliver such a site for 2 Million with thank you. We are really making progress in this country. |

Jovago: https://blog.ng.jovago.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/01/o-COUPLE-MOVING-IN-facebook-660x400.jpg
‘Till death do us part’, is one of the widest used marital vows in the world. The question for many couples, however, is how to keep the romance alive and actually stay together till death separates them and a proven way to boost your romance is travelling.
If you are yet to set out on a wistful journey with your spouse, Jovago.com, Africa’s No 1 hotel booking portal shares 5 reasons why couples should spice up their relationships by travelling together.
https://blog.ng.jovago.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/01/travel-couples...jpg
Encourages better communication
Several surveys lends credence to the fact that couples who travel together have less disagreement than couples who do not. Visiting a destination like Obudu cattle ranch in Calabar involves planning and if both couples can pull it off, it brings them closer. This will build understand and make them patient with each other.
Experience something new
Since both couples are in a long time marital journey, travelling together can help them experience something new rather than the daily routine. Travelling can create an everlasting insignia in the hearts and minds of couples thus making them fonder of each other.
https://blog.ng.jovago.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/01/see-some-world-together_400x295_80.jpg
No need to sweat little things
Planning to travel can be both demanding and hectic. If both couples travel often, they will rarely complain about who pays for flight tickets, hotels bills and other overhead expenses. In fact, if they inadvertently lose their luggage, they will take it in their strides. No need to sweat it. This is what travelling does to couples.
Both have a good sense of humour
Travel memes never cease when you are in a cosmopolitan city like Lagos. Couples will always have something to laugh about. Remarkably, couples who go on vacation most times evolve a sense of humour which can only metamorphose if they travel together especially when things goes terribly wrong.
Become best friends
Since both couples have fewer distractions when they travel, they become best friends. It’s even more pleasant when their children are not home and then they can travel. They get to know each other and stick together especially when they are having challenges.

Ebukaobi: PDP - a bunch of dullards with no moral compass
All these because of the fight against corruption
First of all, impeaching Buhari is next to impossible
Secondly, the PDP is underestimating the resolve of Nigerians on their support for this government
Thirdly, why is that the majority of opponents towards the anti-corruption policy of Buhari come from one section of Nigeria?
If I say I, you say GBO, omo na you sabi I have decided not to be commenting on politics section, but let me use this opportunity to inform you that you will later swallow your words in shame when you will have no option than to sink in the river that have covered your head ,hence you are pretending to be safe with a sinking boat. you may be pretending that all is well, that you are ignorant of the inept and incompetence of the present administration, but for sure, future and time will teach you to do away with party, ethnic, tribal support and support the welfare of the nation. to me,I have nothing to regret, cause the more the economy and dollars go bad,the more I will make more money when I send dollars to Nigeria. when you see evil, call it evil,ok? |
Politics › Re: Goodluck Jonathan Honoured in Atlanta by the SCLC by Billygee2u: 3:55am On Jan 15, 2016 |
Ebukaobi: Jonathan can continue to deceive himself. That is his problem
Travelling to the USA and taking pictures with irrelevant people will not stop Nigerians from asking him the key questions
Nigerians are not fools!
There are many Nigerians that live in the US and they know he is gallivanting and using the opportunity to deflect from his responsibilities.
You cannot steal so much money and cover it up with a PR campaign
When he is done, he will come and account for his theft in Nigeria your hate on GEJ can't stop his greatness, rather you will end up suffering depression and heart-attack. |
