Hello people, i seek your advice on a very seriouse issue. Some months ago, a friend approached me when he was about to start a new company. We discussed his new company and how i can help,but all he wanted was for me to join the company. Though, i also have a new company (grand plan),but lack some finances to move as expected. Since my friend had more than enough fund to drive his company,i consider partnering to see if it is worth it. All our discussion were verbal. We agreed that, some certain amount would be paid to me monthly to cover my expenses,but my profit would actually come from the idea i can generate. The company had resources to persue any idea,so any amount realized from an idea i present would be shared between us. All verbal. I came on board,observed the situation and realize that my friend doesn't even listen to many profitable ideas presented by others,even when i try to let him see reason in it. For this reason,even though i had written a proposal mearnt for the ministry of solid mineral, i didn't bother to show him,knowing he will rubbish it like several others. I instead helped him work on the magazine as there was no any competent hand there. Finally,after 3 months,i informed him i no longer find it interesting,so i had to quit. All verbal. Now, after like 3 month of leaving, i just found out that, one of his staffs who had access to my system at his office saw my proposal,they later showed him. The proposal was for the ministry of solid mineral,it was written by me,carrying the name of my company(grand plan),the profile of my company etc. They replaced my name as written on the proposal with his,replaced the name of my company with his and went ahead to submit it to the ministry last week. They adopted the proposal exactly as i wrote it, they even used my company's profile details exactly as i used it. They only replaced my company name with theirs. What can i do in this regard to secure this proposal's right back. While adopting the proposal,they made several mistakes. I am used to repeating the name of my company many times inside any proposal,they left many of my company's name unreplaced inside the proposal,it keeps repeating itself. I saw the copy of the one stamped by the ministry. What can i do? Note: the above is not me personally,but a brother.

HOW NIGERIA WAS DIVIDED BY THE MEDIA
SOUTH WEST (YORUBA) RULED NIGERIA MORE THAN ANY REGION


We have been confused and deceived so many times by both foreign and local media organizations,reporting a Nigeria divided along region and religion. They claim times and again that this beautiful Nigeria is divided between the North and the South,which they described as the South dominated by Christians and the North by Muslims.

But let us expose their deceit.

Nigeria was never divided between the North vs South and infact, there is nothing like North and south in Nigeria.

In 1960, Nigeria operated a parliamentary form of Government, where it was divided into 3 regions. Western, Eastern and Northern Region. There was nothing Like North Vs South.

It was after the civil war of 1967 that Nigeria was divided into what we have today, the 6 geo political zones.

So, Nigeria was divided into 6 zones (South West,South East,South South,North West,North East and North Central.) it was not divided into 2 as mostly claimed in the media.

There is nothing like Northern or southern Nigeria in this present Nigeria. It is those politicians who seek to ride on the ignorance of most people that adopted the services of the media organizations to spread FALSE propaganda.

Nigeria has six zones which include:

1. South West which comprise of tribes dominated by the Yoruba's
2. South east which comprise of tribes dominated by the Igbo's
3. South South which comprise of different tribes dominated by the like of Edo's,Ijaw, etc
4. North West which comprise of tribes dominated by the Hausa's
5. North Easts which comprise of so many tribes like,Fulani,Kanuri etc and
6. North Central which comprise of so many tribes dominated by the Yoruba's,middle belt,Nupe,Gwari etc.

Out of the 3 geo political zones situated in the north, only the north west can be said to be comprise of majorly Muslims. The North east and North central has mix religion. and also, out of the 3 geo political zones situated in the South, Only South east and south South can boast of majorly Christians, south west is mix.

Every one out of the six geo political zones has different reasoning and different challenges.

Every geo political zones out of the six zones in Nigeria comprise of not less than 50 tribes, every one having its own custom and political ideology.

When the failed politicians want to denigrate the 3 zones in the north, they would refer to the 3 zones in the north as one and accuse the north of ruling Nigeria for more years than any other region, while separating the 3 zones in the south,making each one retain its standard.

But in reality, the southwest (yoruba), a zone out of the six geo political zones has actually ruled Nigeria more than any other zone. no one single zone in the north had ruled Nigeria like the south west. No tribe in tribe in Nigeria had ruled like the Yoruba's.

Not Hausa, Not Fulani,not even kanuri, but the yoruba's ruled Nigeria more than any tribe. The record is very clear. But it is not about who had ruled or who had not, all those who ruled in the past and those ruling at present had proven to be failed leaders. The New generation of Nigerians must reason as a genuine brothers not divided along region or religion, we must ensure we restyle power from the hands of the failed leaders and ensure the best rules.

I have been travelling and try to catch some sleep in between the last 24 hours and missed all the furore arising from my retweet of Ogunyemi Bukola's (@zeebook) joke Maku eat al and Jesus. I must say I am taken aback by the extent of desperate misrepresentation of what was an innocuous attempt to show the godlessness of the Jonathanians to denigrate anyone that dares to ask them to be accountable.

To those who were genuinely offended by the retweet, I apologize. I did not meant to offend anyone, neither did the @zeebook I know and featured as one of the Young Voices in my Friday Column. Jesus or Isa Alaihis Salaam is a respected prophet of Islam. Every Muslim accepts this in addition to his miraculous virgin birth. It is therefore absurd for any Muslim believer to disrespect Jesus Christ.

I hope those in this class will see my point of view and accept my apologies for any offense or disappointment caused. And I advise everyone... to read @zeebook's timeline and mine to read EXACTLY what was tweeted rather than the second-hand reports of certain people who ALWAYS twist whatever I write or not write to achieve their morally-repugnant objectives.

To those in that class of liar - the political contractors who tried to attribute the entire statement to me to destroy perceived political capital, I say keep on doing that till the day your cups will be full. Everything these days is reduced to posturing for 2015,but those doing it do not even know which one of us will be alive to witness the events of that time. I leave all those to God and their conscience.

To the Warriors of God, who misinterpret the Scriptures (both Bilble and Qur'an) and pretend to be capable of fighting His battles, please learn from history. Breaking News: Pension Fund Boss who embezzled N23.3 billion fined N750 thousand

A Federal Capital Territory (FCT) High court sitting in Abuja this morning sentenced former police pension boss Yakubu Yusuf to 6 years in prison for embezzling N23bn. Yusuf pleaded guilty to the embezzlement of N23.3 billion for personal use and is to forfeit property valued at N325 million. BUT He was given an option to pay a fine of N250 thousand to WALK FREE. Suspected Police Pension Fund thieves hide their hide in shame during a court session

Justice Abubakar Talba made an order for the forfeiture of 32 properties belonging to the convict in the FCT and GOMBE state and the sum of N325, 185, 857.00 only.

Mr Yusuf, who was tried alongside a former Permanent Secretary in the Office of the Head of Service, Abubakar Kigo and four others, including Sani Habila Zira, Esai Dangabar, Ahmed Inuwa Wada, Veronica Ulonma Onyegbula, was charged with criminal breach of trust by public officers. They are alleged to have stolen the sum of N3.8 billion pension funds; an offence contrary to Sections 37and 315 of the Penal Code Act, Laws of the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja Nigeria, 2007.

Counts one and 2 of the charges read as follows: “That you Esai Dangabar, Ahmed Inuwa Wada, John Yakubu Yusuf, AtikuAbubakar Kigo, Mrs. Veronica Ulomna Onyegbula and Sani Habila Zira between January 2009 and June 2011 at Abuja Division of the High court of the Federal Capital Territory agreed to do an illegal act, to wit. Criminal breach of trust by public officers in respect of the sum of N14, 518, 567, 724.36 (Fourteen Billion, Five Hundred and Eighteen Million, Five Hundred and Sixty Seven Thousand, Seven Hundred and Twenty Four Naira and Thirty Six kobo) and that the same act was done in pursuance of the agreement among you and you thereby committed an offence punishable under section 97 of the Penal Code Act Cap 532, Laws of the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja, Nigeria 2007.

Mad man: {Stood quiet}
The cashier ordered a meal for the mad man.
At this point in time, all I am
thinking of is the health hazard.
The mad man, took his meal and sat
exactly on a chair next to a man. To tell you the fact, I lost my appetite, but
then I learnt a very important lesson about life. The cashier who
happened to be the owner of the restaurant was ready to loose all his
customers to feed this hungry, homeless soul.

As I was struggling to with my food, I heard a whisper in the deepest part
of my being saying:

And as for the begger, do not repel.[Qur'an 93:10]

Then my mind raced some thousands of kilometers the opposite side of
the world, America, land of the free. Imagin some random mad man
walking into some random restaurant in Washinton DC, imagine the
response of the restaurant management, imagine the response of the
people eating in it, I assure you that restaurant will never see the daylight
till the end of this world. Yet they point accusing fingers thousands of kilometers and call Sudanese terrorists. Now considering how the Sudanese in the Khartoum the Capital of Sudan
treat their mad people, how do you think they will treat their fellow
healthy brothers?

To tell you the truth, you will be amazed at the way Sudanese treat
people, be you a foreigner or son of the soil, and all these hospitality is
built into their culture as a result of Islam. If this is what terrorism is all
about, then I am proud to be a terrorist myself
