Who else is having issues downloading PPA letter?

I had waited for few days to welcome my sisters back home from school and to give me all the latest gists. So much excitement was in the air, my mom was the happiest. After few days at home I noticed the state of their hair, both girls had lice on them!! In case you don't know how deadly it is, I'd like to tell you. It causes so much discomfort on the hair, you'll itch and itch your scalp until sometimes bleed, they are very stubborn to treat, they breed so easily and the most annoying part is that they are transferrable. Apparently they got it from the school salons and now it's my turn to have a share of it. Seeing how bad the experience is for them and for it not to be transferred to me I had to look for remedies to put an end to it without them cutting their hair.
