Have you heard from them yet? I submitted on the 18th of June....i've never seen this kind of embassy before ooooo....is it gold they are giving? I'veeven written them twice, the last time I wrote was on the 23rd of July and they said they were still attending to applicants from the 20th of May, can you imagine!

No I haven't. I submitted 5th of May, it's over 3 months o. I'm so pissed. I av written them twice n I've planned to write them again today. It's so unfair.

@ bimbo,was at the VFS office yesterday but they checked but was not ready yet,they ask me to check back on wednesday.as soon as I get it,i would notify you.The season at the VFS office was calm,so many complaints about refusals, wld kip u updated.

@ bimbo,i called vfs today and they request for my tracking number,and few mins later she confirmed that it's still in processing at the canada visa office in lagos. I spoke with an immigration Lawyer today,he confirmed the period used for processing a visitor visa is longer and nothing less than 54days because they now issue visa according to your passport Validity and mostly a multiple entry. Let's keep the Prayer and Fasting rolling,our patience would not be in Vain,we would all give testimonies by God grace.

Wow. I'm happy to read dis. It means we should still be hopeful n expectant. Though mine has exceeded 54 days but I trust God. Cos there's someone on dis thread who applied 4th of may n he was given a visa just today. I applied 5th of May.

This thread is scary. I my wife just applied for her mum. We both thought it would take about 2-3 weeks as was the norm so we didn't apply early. I wonder whats going on. Studentd applications are processed in accra so i wonder why lagos vo's are delaying application. na waoh.

Lol. Not scary o. We are just sharing our experiences n ways to go about it. U don't have to worry, it may not exceed d stipulated period. Just believe.
