The embassy usually respond to AM after 12 to 13 weeks....just calm down... don't expect AM until like 13 weeks

Mine was 5th Feb, still waiting too. It’s frustrating.

Good evening everyone , please what does one do where the school you got admitted to gives you a deadline to submit your visa approval and the embassy is yet to send your approval mail and the date is about to lapse. PS: I have pleaded to the school to grant me an extension which they did and only granted me a week extension to send my visa approval, failure of which they would have to de-enrol me and the extension is about to laspe. I have written to the German embassy and I have not gotten any response from them. This is the 5th week now since I did my interview. Please I really need help and an advise on what to do, I don’t want to loose the admission.

It differs from city to city. On average, we've seen 4 weeks from late last year. At this point, just sit right and wait. The most difficult part is over. Maximum is 3 months, but let's hope they stick to the few weeks it has been recently.

Remember your city is the point of questioning

Thank you so much for your response! My school is in Berlin, and my sponsor is in Cottbus, do you have an idea what city would be used to determine that? And the approximate no. of weeks they would use to determine if Berlin or Cottbus? (I mean the No. of weeks it would take for them to get back to me if either of these cities? 🙏🏾🙏🏾
