For those of us who are not interested in joining the "Japa bandwagon" to obtain a master's overseas. Please are they opportunities to get fully or partially funded master's scholarships in NIGERIAN universities ( state, federal or private )?
Please how do we get fully funded master's scholarships in Nigerian universities?
