A company seeks a joint venture to there dredging site, they have an excavator. the financier should come with a dredger 14/14 or 12/12,
Details about the site;
The site is along a major road is motor able
all documents including NEMA license, sand search and all dredging permit is available
the financier doesnt have a dredger but can lease the dredger for 1.8m a month.
the site is located at Rivers state Nigeria
the equity sharing is 60/40.
