The whole country's educational system is bleeped & in need of major restructuring, banking on state governments to do it will achieve moving from zero to nothing!!

They will claim no money & policy constraints & as long as everything still rests with the centre, we need to tackle it from there.

1.We need the Fed govt to implement the abolishment of all these room & parlour insanashional sukuls, they are causing havoc , giving people who don't know better a false sense of fulfillment about what sound education really is...they aren't balanced! No rec , no extra curricular facilities.

2. We also need them to penalize schols that employ SSCE "fail outs" as teachers!!!

3. Making teaching attractive, better renumeration, training etc

4. Declare a state of emergency on ELEMENTARY education because this problem didn't spring up in secondary, it is from the miming A for Apple (without actually being able to spell the apple) that the gbege starts from!!
