Experience/Skills In addition to possessing a degree (BSc, HND): • The candidate must have five years minimum experience in Plant machinery operations, crane operations. • The candidate must be outgoing, confident, with good organizational skills, he must be flexible, able to travel, have good oratory skills, be a team player and have some experience of a training background. • Experience in operating dozers, graders, wheeled loading shovels, 180 backactor, 360 excavator tracked or wheeled, ride on roller, dumper, forward and rear tipping dumper, HIAB, forklift truck etc. preferable. • Experience on Crane Operations/supervision, slinger signaler, lifting accessories. • Knowledge of vehicle husbandry, vehicle maintenance required. • IT skills preferable, such as Microsoft word, PowerPoint, excel.
