The problem is not those bills. We also pay them here. The problem is the US economy was originally designed to exploit black people (slaves) during the days of slavery. It was designed so that no matter how hard the slaves worked, they would still owe their masters.

When slavery ended, the land owners which later became banks and lenders, carried over the practice to wider society. The US economy is about extracting wealth from citizens, to make sure you continue to owe the master, just like the slaves. However, when someone beat the system and get wealthy, it is called the ''American dream'' and the government promote the idea to high heavens to convince people to work harder to enrich the money masters/banks/lenders.
