yes but it depends on the stocks he bought then. Imagine zenith Bank or gtb shares in his portfolio,those banks were not big that time. I personally look at shares as a long term investment in case I need funds for a project I can sell it,make profit and invest back.

1.2m is fair in that environment. I told my friend some people will opt for inside town than in such a place. The road in kugbo mechanic is terrible and one of the landlords is planning to increase his rent to 1.8m,if I was looking for a place to rent i rather go inside town and pay that amount.
