I remember when a top chieftain was complaining to the president about wike and the president told him he doesn't care if the person is from the opposition,he wants people that will work for him not sycophants.

Tunji-ojo seems to be someone that takes his job serious.

That group didn't support APC in 2019 and they didn't support Tinubu in 2023 also, so what is their usefulness....

Even Kwankwaso accused them for working with Atiku towards 2023 election.
not just the group even those within the party. Thank God atiku didn't win,the man would have been an extension of buhari administration.

It was good peter obi did not win,I am saying this because of what I am seeing and hearing in the north. Those guys are power hungry and dangerous, they don't care about the country but power. Tinubu is the only person they fear the most because he is loaded financially.

Hatred for ones country is seeing truth and not saying it because of tribal and religious sentiments

Majority of MDAs make money in foreign exchange

From immigration, to customs, to Niamasa, to npa
some not most, the problem about Nigeria government is delivering the dividends of democracy and good governance. Generating money is easy putting it to work seems like a Herculean tasks for government officials.

Nigeria's food hike solution will come when Nigerians decide to take agriculture as a norm.
Normal normal I make sure I plant yearly even if it's third party planting and harvesting process.
If you have funds that you can invest in agriculture for personal consumption then make sure to...thank me later.

Read to comprehend...there's no award for hasty mentions...

Wittyness
I was thinking hard about venturing into agric some days because I have a ten hectare land in my hometown and I noticed the gap in the sector but creating a system that will work for everyone looks like a challenge.

They are already scheming against tinubu, there will be political drama from next year and the betrayal will be similar to GEJ time in office. Tinubu is a smart man and I pity shettima if he thinks he can be president of Nigeria.

You this empty Barrel, the leap during the PDP days is much worse than the APC years because of the rates are in percentiles but you don't want to learn and emancipate yourself from being an Olodo..

Besides the irresponsibility of the PDP that started the clamour for the removal of fuel subsidy, even during the OBJ years,is what led us as a nation to where we are now trying to mitigate..

But you kids don't read, don't get "scientific" about the important thing in your nation but run ahead with news headlines concerning Bobrisky and the phantom heroics of Peter "him Tu Lie" Obi..
what the hell are you talking about,is it because tinubu administration is keeping the scandals from blowing out from buhari administration looting and economy sabotage even the same alies from the north is scheming against the president because of power, the same group of idiots that damaged our economy.

Kukutenla:

When you were doing your Master in USA they did not teach you how to calculate progression abi?

If you are going to use the official exchange rate of 22 at 1999, then you need to be aware that the official exchange rate in 2015 was 199 and not 216. 216 was the parallel rate. Meanwhile official rate today is at 1200

To calculate the rate of depreciation in a currency over a period of time, you remove the current value from the initial value and divide by the current value to get your rate of depreciation. If you apply that formula, you will find that both PDP (0.88) and APC(0.83) are close in terms of depreciation. However, if you spread it over the number of years both have spent in power, PDP gets 0.055 per year while 0.092 per year. Thus it is easy to see that APC has devalued the naira at twice the rate of PDP per year. So which is worse now?

I hope you can understand the calculations instead of brandishing one empty Masters degree. And i wonder when Masters became something to brag with. You know how many dullards even hold a PhD. Did you lots not call Jonathan clueless while he possessed a PhD?
ignore that sycophant, how can he compare 16 years of pdp to buhari administration infact buhari administration was a disaster. This administration is trying hard not to expose the extent of the damage.....

PDP met it at N28 in 1999. Why did they left it at N216?

then your party damaged it to over #1000,no shame at all. That was how you lots praised tinubu predecessor's incompetence. I know the president is just doing his best to turn things around because of the damaged done from 2015 to 2023.

Politics / Re: Nicholas Ukachukwu: Real Story On Demolition Of Igbo Man Property In Abuja– Wike by Bizibi(m): 11:33am On Apr 03
successmatters:
Wike, you erred to have demolished the Igbo man's estate. I put it to you that you did it because you hate Igbos.

Let's get to the meat of the matter, there was no minister by the time the man had his papers approved, but there were directors and the directors approved the deal. You should respect that.

It happens everywhere, government business cannot stop because the FG hasn't appointed ministers yet. There is no laws that says government approvals of anything must wait till a particular official shows up, there's always a stop gap in every office.
all lands are signed by the fct minister even if there is no minister at the time, only the minister gives final approval.now I am beginning to get irritated by playing tribal victimization. It either the northerners complaining in fcta or igbos playing victim, some of us in Abuja know the game they play from lands to agis and even amac. Infact wike should just clean the system like the way el rufai did in his tenure.

The fraud in fcta is too much so don't give excuses for someone that erred.

for more clarity

One million litres is like 20 - 30 Fuel Tankers per marketer (each Tanker is around 30,000 - 50,000 litres capacity depending on the size)..

Fair enough..
the main thing is the price.
