The info is about converting your coins or fiat in Luno into xrp then transfer to Binance or any other exchange. Are you using luno? If yes then convert all your coins or fiat into xrp, then copy your xrp address from the exchange site you want it moved to and paste it on luno for the transfer. You can subsequently convert back to your coin of choice after you must have received it.

Unless you're talking about "koin" cry.pto then I don't know much about that because it's not on Binance and that's the only place I'm focused on right now.

So the best option is for you to transfer your funds if you can deal with charges.. That's if their transfer is even going through... a. Mr A pays fiat to B directly and click a button to indicate he has paid
b. Mr B click a button to release coins on receiving payment alert from Mr A
c. Binance release coins from their escrow (from Mr B) to Mr A P2P wallet
