I dont think there's currently any bank that still allows dcc (abeg correct me if am uninformed o, would love to know )

These banks are simply rougues period. From what i saw the rates used for clearing payments for mastercard was even lower than #350, yet stanbic does #380 and they feel like saints. The premium these banks rake in is obviously way more than 2%

made some dcc purchases on amazon a few days back with stanbic. Tuesday precisely

Had the same problems early this morning.
Called GTB and the clueless CS rep was asking me ..."what is eBay, is it a gaming site ?" Lol i just respect myself end the call
