If you read my post very well, I didn't lay the blame on you. What I said was after I informed you of the screen retention issue, you said you had no idea, that you bought the phone from eBay and had no idea of screen retention.

I remember also complaining about the hotspot and tethering not working because of restriction.

You offered some solutions. Even though your solutions didn't work, I didn't bother you again. I found a permanent fix for the hotspot and informed you.

If I were a bad customer or didn't know about phone stuffs, I would have demanded for a refund but I didn't. Rather I opted for us to find a solution to the issue.

The screen retention still happens and is quite annoying but I have taken it as my fate and I'm managing the phone as it is.

If i recall clearly, your words were.. "the person i bought it from didn't inform me of this issue" you also did mention ... "he would easily have denied it".... It's not just about what you say man, it's what you're implying.
Meaning i knew but deliberately sold you a bad phone.
Do you mean to tell me that if you'd bought this phone at computer village and tested the phone to your satisfaction, you'd go back & get a refund over screen retention? Really ?? Cmn man let's be realistic.
also, If you had ordered this phone on eBay yourself, what exactly would you have done? This is something that happens to even brand new phones.

Again, you say you complained to me about tethering, which is a carrier restriction, like that is supposed to be a fault too? Cmmn,

I'm glad about two things:

1. That you can clearly see that the device you bought was sold as is.. in pristine condition, with no faults whatsoever.
2. there was no screen retention when you tested it, and for several hours while you had it.
If the phone had screen retention problems from the onset you would DEFINITELY have noticed it earlier, you can't miss that. so would I. Something as simple as having your phone on high brightness for a long period could trigger it.
Albeit, whether it was there before or not, I severally aplogized about the inconvenience. Thankful it wasn't an issue like bootloop, loss of reception or some serious problem.

Unlike that " bizzle2 " who is not mature upstair....i only argued against his price of lg g3 screen which tagged at 12k , i was shocked with his reply full of insult. i have sold faulty car on nairaland which i declared the issue that did not stop buyer from buying infact until date we are good friends. Only problem I noticed with LG V10 is screen retention.



The person I bought from didn't inform me of this issue. I found a temporary fix for it later. Asides from this, the phone is AWESOME

If after All the hours you spent checking out the phone at home you didn't notice the retention early, then my brother, how on earth can you blame me when I tested the device for a couple of minutes and put it back in a protective film.

Like i mentioned to you then, i hadn't even heard of screen retention until you messaged me later that night, i have a V10 i have been using for months with no issue and your message came as a surprise.

The screen is cracked and as you can see in the image some ink has bled onto the left side of the LCD ... However it still responds to touch

If you get an 03 CRV or 02 RAV4 as clean as this, do let me know.

I mentioned golf 4 because it's an ideal balance of performance and style as I sense you have an eye for good things.
