My personal experience.......

I had opportunity to transfer to two place from federal university of Agriculture Makurdi and this is how it went the head of one agency in Abuja was my father inlaw and he ask me to write transfer letter to his agency which university makurdi wrote to his agency seeking the agency to write letter of readiness to employ me into their agency.the letter went and the agency was about writing to my former place of work,I got another job better than where my father inlaw was DG freshh appointment as level 8 during documentation I shown them my last promotion letter and my experience from my former place of work and they place me better to my expected level now they are about to confirm the appointment of my colleagues we came in together,I have been exempted since I have wrote to the present Commission where I worked to merge my service year.i had collected my record of service from my former place of work to merge it together and is called transfer

Dearest Eminence I have observed your post since,my wife work with UITH and she used to tell me things happen all time and the CMD is someone some of us know very well. UITH is a place I have more than 10 relations brothers cousin and wife and brother wife's and sister is a just place where known people work.infact some family called the place our family work.all this stroies is just to tell you that some of us has insight.

NCC level 9 basic salary is 108k. But level 9 take home per annum is 13M. FAAN is still a better place to work.i am pretty sure they have up to 3 other allowances.

Ncdmb,FIRS and FAAN. I don't know their specific amount for ncdm but they worked on their salary last yr.FIRS is not up to 5M per annum.for FAAnN their monthly salary is around 123k thereabout that if am ryt.
