If the Nigerian govt will borrow their brain sense to do so.. Everything is tied around fuel, production and exportation. Once these are tackled properly, then Naira can breathe. Get the four refineries working. Not just depending on Dangote refinery.. Or better still allow for modular refineries..by giving out licence to operate modular refinery.
