If you consider the recent push in the media about a new terrorist organisation named lakurawa or something, the veiled attempt to make them more dreadful than boko haram & co, even talking about how they have annexed and mounted their flags in certain places, you might get a bit more light into the fact that the Nigerien government know what they are talking about. Add also, Nigerian govt's sudden public dance with France. This is a weak attempt by Ribadu. I think he specifically mentioned you and Matawalle as sponsors of terror. A whole president of another country so bold to name names. The Nigerien govt knows something. Afterall, their president was in the forests in Northern Nigeria recent years in the fight against terrorism. I am sad at what is happening right now in Ilorin. Other religions no longer have freedom/rights to their own religion and festivities, as it is with the case of traditional worshippers in that place because the Emir/muslims are against it. Perhaps, through Sharia the entire South-West may eventually become a caliphate and have an Islam/sharia backed Emir. Because they'd tell you the Emir will only oversee affairs of muslims. Gradually, in maybe another 100-200 years, Yoruba culture and tradition gives way to Arabic culture and tradition. In the end, with all her beautiful culture and traditions, South-West falls to the Arabs. 1 Like |

united4men:@bold Except I am wrong, ordinarily, before now, that was the original purpose of this 'clearance' thread. People sold used items off for low prices here. I have been here when legit people sold off items ridiculously low. If I remember one time, I saw a perfectly working car being legit sold off at ridiculously low price here because it was just packed in the house without being used. It was gone within an hour of the ad. I think the buyer attested to it working fine and I never read of any issues afterwards. Funny how someone gets scammed of his money and no one is talking g about the scammer but heaping blames on the victim. That is how acceptable fraud has become. Is it a crime if he expects others to live by the barest standards a society should live by? Can't we live in a society where you negotiate for something and people stay honest? How hard should that be? Practically, everybody cannot be honest. But let that be the tiniest fraction. Instead honest people are now the tiniest fraction of the population. Then we go to other countries and see how honest they live, we come back here to hail them to high heavens. Yet, not a single person has condemned the scammer. 21 Likes |
