The name change reflects the company's broader commitment and its expertise in driving the innovations needed to shape the future of real-estate search solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in leasing apartments, maintaining list of available apartments, responding to telephone inquiries, qualifying prospects, showing apartments, preparing all move-in paperwork, and accurately inputting traffic numbers daily.

Participate in follow-up with prospective residents; through telephone call within 24 hours, follow up card within 48 hours and repetition of same, if necessary.

Assist with inspecting the apartment with the new resident, filling out move in inspection forms, reviewing all leasing paperwork and property rules.

Obtain knowledge in the management of renewals, tracking lease expiration's, recording notices to vacate and interviewing residents for reason, preparing lease expiration letters and renewal leases.

Participate in collecting, processing, and reporting receipt of security deposits, rents, and other fees.

Obtain market knowledge with weekly telephone inquiries on managed properties.

Assist in reviewing collateral and advertising and make recommendations on market strategies to Property Manager.

Assist with advising Property Manager of conditions affecting the tenant’s safety and dissatisfaction or the property’s preservation.

Participate in emergency role-plays in properties.

Minimum Requirements
OND in Estate Management seeking for IT placement.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in carrying out maiden visit to new branch to assess the control environment and other equipment for physical control.

Escalate unclosed exceptions to the Cluster Control Manager for further engagement with other stakeholders.
Ensure implementation of tasked assignment to improve control strategy in the discharges of functional responsibilities in the branches of coverage and instructed by the Cluster Control Manager.
Conduct daily review of IT Control Reports and ensure the closure/escalation (to Cluster Control Managers) on noted exceptions.
Escalate observed process gaps to the Cluster Control Managers and Regional Control Manager.
Provide control advisory and decision Support Service to Branch Managers and Branch Team
As part of the Bank’s Information Security requirements, maintain the security of all Information entrusted to the staff and comply with the principles and policies in the Information Security Handbook

Minimum Requirements
Minimum Education: First Degree preferably in a numerate discipline.
Minimum experience - 1 years in Internal Control /Audit Function.

Its very possible to remain a virgin till marriage. It all depends on how determined you are to remain one. Yes, temptation will come along the way but believe me there's no temptation that will come thats way above u. It all depends on u.

Do things that will take your mind of it.
Read the bible.

Because others r doing it dosent mean u have to. Always have God in your mind. Its a constant reminder that its fornication.

Leaving religion aside, virgins don't have to worry about unwanted pregnancies and abortions(except rape) which I dont pray for.
No sexually transmitted diseases
No heart break over a guy who dumped u after losing it to him.
