-Different- Agriculture Can be invented here- e.g Fish Faming- afterall,Rivers can even be involved in Heavy 🚢 Ship Twallers- coming to do business in Portharcout,etc.
5.Launch Out - the Rivers State Industrial Estate Development - for those Workers- who can pay and Land and Building on a Long term basis.
