Speaking on behalf of others, I think one big issue among so-claimed Naija PC Gamers is fund. Cash. Money. Anyone. As the money no dey, we dey very happy with what we can grab and feel. I know my life will change when I have a taste of Ultra-High 60FPS gaming experience. But can I afford that now? NOOOOOOOO OOOO!!! So, point is, we are getting there. Ah mean, last night I owned a very badass gaming rig. In my dreams.

From what i Gathered and what others too are saying is, their main concern is how to get the part and also buying it online and shipping it to Nigeria is a major problem for some.

I see that Intel has a lot of praise over here. One thing I no for sure is that Intel is not for gaming , you will end up destroying ur laptop, and when u and ur friends use a laptop for gaming, at a point u don't see why u should upgrade. but trust me when I say this, when u join a company of friends who play game on high end PC's or get to even experience the level of difference and feel of the graphics quality of the game, or even see the kind of PCs they are using, no one will tell u to put ur laptop aside and build ur self a PC. So pls don't game too much on ur intel laptops unless it a gaming laptop even with that at point the performance of the laptop reduces.

The CPU and ram are ok all u need is to get ur self a new GPU for 1080p gaming and PSU with a molex connector to power the GPU u can always get a 500watts. With the GPU I will recommend RX 470 cos its latest and cheap with good TDP and can handle games well in 1080p.
I remember Chidi3pus stated he was selling his PSU, contact him and find out

Well am in a group on Facebook made of both Nigerians and Ghanaian hardcore gamers, would be really cool if u guys could join. Its will make us know how PC gaming is doing in Africa.

Yes and about the case, I just customized a normal ATX case, fitted it with some extra fans and vents. I saw no reason to buy an expensive casing when u could modify one

Yea, this is my current rig. I've built a few which I've listed on PCPartpicker as well.

But these days a lot of people are doing ITX and Mini ITX build...but I doubt using an ITX build, build it for a friend or client definetly but personally naa. Never really been a fan of ITX or Mini ITX build

Saw the ones u posted on Facebook page the look bad ass. I think u should add the final build and progress build pictures to the link since people like catchy stuff, that way it's easy and fast for people to interact and comment

Well no offense here, xenon are not meant for gaming, the architecture used to design those CPU is entirely different.and just like chidi2pus said ddr2 is way old and even the highest speed u can get with ddr2 is 1066MHz which is not common to come by and also too slow to handle data request when playing games. With ddr3 u can get as far as 2400MHz speed.ddr2 motherboards cannot handle current GPUs, u will run into many issues. The truth is it's no longer recommended for gaming. It would be unprofessional to advise u to upgrade this PC. Upgrading this PC would totally be a waste of resources so yea everything about this is old

Chidi2pus don't forget to post ur build in the facebook page looking forward to see it there. Will be doing a fresh build for a friend soon will post a pregress build there my self

This is really old stuff would advise u to save and do a fresh build that would really help u. U can get ur self a new mid-range gaming PC for about 500$ if u are on a low budget

U still don't get it when it come branded PC, they are a liability. Consol's have no upgrade capabilities, now for those who want quality graphics now have to upgrade to the upcoming console. They are cheaper yes! But now u cab build upgradeable gaming rigs for the same amount and even enjoy quality graphics. See there are a lots of advantages to PC than console.

Much more cheaper building your own rig and you get customizability all the way.

That's very true branded systems are a complete waste of cash and has no flexibility specs wise

Tho the pascal cards has low TDP and ur motherboard is a mini- ITX it would still be wise to use anything from 650watts power supply. And make sure to buy a modular power supply rather if u can. I Couldn't help to also notice that with the type of GPU u are using it is important to check ur ventilation ( air intake and exhaust ) usually with mini builds like this, reference models or shrouded GPUs are better fit since they exhaust air outside rather than inside. So far it impressive just make sure to have a good vents

Good cable managmemet, but I hope slotting in the ram won't be a hussle and u are doing very good so far as its ur first build
