Firstly, most banks contract out their cleaning to third party companies.

Secondly, apart from being a cleaning supervisor or sacking the guy, I'm not sure what alternatives the company had to progress the guy.

Please, I am looking for advice on how to overcome flooding in a downward sloping compound.

At the height of the rainy season, we see water heights of close to 2 feet in some areas of the compound.
