With all due respect to the house,I think we should speak truth to this situation and not abet criminality. CDHC, like any other citizen, is an entity that has the responsibility to prevent and assist with crime detection and prosecution. In filling out your application, every applicant has signed that all information provided are true and correct to his/her knowledge. In the light of the above, a criminal prosecution is imminent. This applicant might be handed over to the CID of Police in Panti or the same Alagbon where he got clearance before now. In my candid view, I would advise that he proceed to the embassy with his lawyer since he has no defence for these documents. But the problem would lie in the fact that he might not have signed that his information be shared with a third party. Above all else, it is better to show up now before you are being trailed by the authorities. You have a family to worry about. So, don't let it get messier. Man up to this. I pray you get the bearest minimum penalty for this. |

Hello people!Just tracked my page on the VAC portal now and it reads: "Your application has been assessed by the Canadian High Commission/Consulate General of Canada and is being returned to the centre where you applied." I had my medicals on 31st of July-exactly 3 weeks; and submitted requested document on the 10th of August.I think CDHC is reverting too soon.*sigh* |

canadianboy: Hello House, Mr Canadian boy, it is my candid view that you don't need to be bothered about listing your previous employers in this circumstance. I want you to know that it is Nigerians that are mostly involved in the sorting and verification process in the embassy and they know what obtains in our socio-political landscape. They understand mergers happen by the day and businesses fold up per second. So on that point, keep your calm. More so, the list of employers is mainly to know what you have been doing if you have any gap in your educational journey. It is to have a clearer perspective of you and to know if your previous work experience count towards the discipline you intend to study. They are likely to contact only that employer who writes an attestation to them on your behalf. So, you don't have to panic about your previous employers that no longer exist. Furthermore, I think your application has a little review to be made to it from your previous denial. The highlight of your application review should be based on your financial resource.Other concerns would be in the shadows. You only need to show enough funds to pay for your education and living expenses and also the family you are leaving behind without having to work in Canada. That should be all. Goodluck! |

slamdunk99: @all, am really having some problems and in a tyt corner, my school declined giving me their account details until the official registration date 13th june. I paid the tuition today after registering yesterday nyt......now CDHC deadline for me is 30 days from 22nd May and my school may not be able to process a receipt, not even an online copy b4 then. I have since done my medicals on 6th june. Don't know if I shud send a mail to CDHC that I cannot make d deadline, or what other options do I have.......pls gurus in d house I need your urgent answers......... Welldone!I think you have a minor issue here. The glaring truth is that you have met the obligation of payment of tuition.Just send the embassy any form of memorandum of payment, and note on it that official receipt is in transit from Canada.Anything that shows you have paid into their account - teller, cheque, money transfer receipt or any such document. Of course, the embassy would still confirm anyways. So try and meet the deadline by showing any reasonable evidence of payment. Goodluck! |

fflowers: Hello house, sorry 4 the delay, I'vee been very busy o. I got the parcel yesterday. I was instructed to go for my Medical. Also inclluded ΐϞ my parcel are to conditions. Congratulations on your medical call.I am of the humble view that your sponsor might have claimed a relationship that requires age clarification. Just be careful and don't go and manufacture birth certificate. As someone has written, get the copy notarized from Australia and a cover letter explaining the circumstances of his application for PR in Australia to show why he cannot provide the Original Certificate. NB:Let the notarized copy come from Australia directly to the embassy. You can't go wrong with this. Cheers! 2 Likes |
