Seun the owner of nl is a yoruba man, and from my own observation, the average yoruba person is a tribalist. This is why he's not interested in getting rid of tribalism in Nigeria.

Simple measures he can take like appointing a moderator from any of the minority tribe in Nigeria to exterminate tribalism from Nairaland by banning users who post tribalistic content and ethnic slurs as well as tagging such user profile with a message that displays under their post like that muslim own that follows your every post... The risk of getting slammed with that tag will make users self regulate their content.
