Oga don't quote me to type gibberish, what I said was from my personal experience, I've sent messages to the OP on WhatsApp for days now without getting any response from him, Customer relations is d core of any business..how will know who will petronize ur business or not when u don't attend to them.
if you don't have the patience to deal with different kinds of people with different questions, requests and clearifications u have no business in business.

It is a duty of a business owner to treat every potential customer as king. The OP himself knows what I am saying.

Do u know why MTN, banks and other rooted businesses have a customer care department that attends to peoples requests and enquiries 24/7, all year round?
I guess ur turnover in that ur business you mentioned is bigger than that of banks that you won't attend to enquiries.
Better have sense.

You have a point, but I hate the desperation in most Nigerians during inquiry. They're too demanding and controlling.

I have attended to thousands of Nigerians on WhatsApp and I have seen a pattern. It's irritating. Since customers are always right, I try my best not to break bottle.

So, all the best to you.

Seems as if anyone that points out some of the areas OP needs to improve upon will be labelled a hater.
OP said we should direct enquiries to his WhatsApp number.
If u send him messages, he will read them and won't reply
What kind of a business person does that.
I thought I was the only one untill I saw others complain of the same thing.

Alot of dealers started well like the OP here but as money start to enter, they became gods angry we all know the end.
If I will give u my money u need to atleast show some commitment and make me feel comfortable.
Someone that will not even reply your messages about enquiries how can he handle complaints when they arise?
I've supported the OP from onset but the path he's on is making me feel he's not different from others.

I would've told you, "Shut up!" But I won't.

You people are too desperate. I have handled a customer service WhatsApp account and with the kinds of messages I get, I knew the reason women hardly reply most men.

When you engage some people, they'll talk out of point and ask too many unnecessary questions that aren't related to the business. They chat and expect instant reply as if you don't have a life or other things to attend to.

This is one of the reasons I tell people I'll get back to you in 72 hours. Nigerians act too desperate during inquiry, but when it's time to pay, they hide and say they'll get back to you, but never will.

I can't be as patient as Amdman. This behavior is the reason I block people easily. Sadly, customers are always right. If to say na me be Amdman I for don break bottle for person head since. Mtcheew!

Anyway, I respect his maturity despite all the criticisms. People complain even when complaint is unnecessary.

It's time like this that Nigeria needs a no nonsense leader like Abacha or even OBJ sef..
...
I thought Buhari is a no nonsense leader? Maybe, his "no nonsense" can only be melted when a cow is hurt, not when it's a human.
