You dont expect the LONGEST SERVING CAPITAL in the history of Nigeria like Lagos not to make more money than other states, even with a toddler as Governor or a looter like Tinubu as Governor the businesses, importation and companies in Lagos will still keep the cash flowing. What did Yorubas do to add to Lagos revenue? or is there steady power in Lagos today or pipe borne water today in Lagos that can be accredited to the sitting Governors in the state? As for the cash flow it has always been so for Lagos due to its positioning by the Federal Government and the viability of the port made possible by the Igbo importers.

He only participated in the regional government but that was just about it, his main focus was Oyo Ibadan and never Lagos, not until when Lagos became the capital of Nigeria that was when the ports got its boost cos others were shut down in other States for the one in the capital state to blossom.

The actual problem is Lagos ports, remember the time Obasanjo sealed Rivers and Calabar ports to ensure there is traffic in Lagos ports..

Lagos ports was built by the federal Government as the poet that would serve Nigeria as its major seaport.
Who would have thought that a particular tribe today would be laying claim of owning Lagos based on the fact that it was developed with the Federal Government money as it was Nigeria's longest serving capital today. All you have been saying is just an act of being clever by half, we all know the heavy presence of the federal government in Lagos which attracted every citizen to the state cos a capital of a nation is the "bride and pride" of that nation likewise the land of opportunity for its citizens.

Lagos has always had the best "international airport" (federal project), best international seaports (federal project), companies which as a result of its "Nigerian capital" status that made infrastructures to solidly resonate in the place more than any other state and made it attractive for people to come and establish.

The Lagos stock exchange is located in Lagos ,and most of the companies quoted on the stock exchange have headquarters located in Lagos,it has access to the sea and land borders ,So the port is located here and ,Land is like oil in Lagos .

Land is like oil in Lagos and what made it possible fir Lagos and not Oyo or Ondo states. Ondo is also has access to sea so why is Ondo not like Lagos too?
