Good morning Everyone.

Please, I need urgent answer to help resolve this.

I got admission to do PhD in the University of Pardubice Czech Republic with a scholarship.

I got all the documents necessary excluding Bank Statement of account because I felt the scholarship covers for the Proof of Fund. But the Embassy insisted that I get a bank statement irrespective of the Scholarship.

I am expected to visit the Embassy on Tuesday 19 October 2021.

The problem is that I don't have the existential amount in the account;
should I fund the account?
does it have any implication to granting me visa?
What can I do please?
Anyone with knowledge should please help me.

Please how were you able to go about this and how much did you later show as proof of funds despite the scholarship.

I think I have dealt with something like this in my previous posts
student copy of transcripts is not accepted at the embassy. Do well to get official transcript and also take the photocopy of your certificate back to your school for stamp or certify true copy to be placed on it

When the school certify that one copy, can you make photocopies of it to use for other applications such as the embassy and the schools requesting certified true copies?

Yes it is a study visa I applied for with certificate of solvency issued to me by my school after I transferred the money which they blocked for me. I sent my application ref no. And the embassy email address to my school via email and I requested for my admission letter to be sent directly to the embassy informing them of my resumption date which they did and every other thing fall in place

I know this post has been long, hoping for a reply nevertheless, the blocked amount would it be returned in full once you get to Belgium? So even if one borrows the money to block how do you get it back?

Please the transcript when the university sends it to ministry of education, would they rerun it after legalizing it? And would they confirm they received it? Also how do I confirm that with them?

These five are to be authenticated at ministry of foreigh affairs and legalise at the embassy too..
But for federal ministry of education, you are to authenticate your waec, degree and transcripts only.
Once you are done with the federal ministry of education, you can then proceed to federal ministry of foreign affairs and then legalise at the embassy.
