My interview is on Monday, can I make a change in my ds160 today and still keep my appointment because counting at least 3days before my interview is kind of confusing

Me:my final thesis was carried out in a rural area, I was exposed to the situation of the rural communities and I was surprised to see they their only source of water was a river, I made enquiries and I found out it was due to lack of funds. My goal is to develop cheaper well technologies ensure environmental sustainability ( I don't think I said it like this but this was the gist, I was carried away by the Vo's friendliness)

My interview was after my resumption date, I took an extension letter, Vo didn't ask, as I wanted to tell her, she brought out the blue paper

I'll, Is it advisable to change it back to my uncle and I need clarification on the 3day rule, is it 3 working days

Please I need your advice, I went for my interview for spring admission and I was rejected, when I needed my I20, my sponsor (uncle)was low on funds, so I used another sponsor (my aunt), my interview is imminent and my uncle now has enough fund , I have been battling with a suitable answer for y the change in sponsor, can I fill a new ds160 and change my sponsor to my uncle cuz he was my sponsor for my last interview or will it raise questions.
Note that I have partial funding now and my I20 says 'family funds'
My second question is how close to my interview can I refill my ds160

Please I need description on our to get to Walter carringnton from oshodi, and I also need to ask if it's OK to attend the education USA program holding today, we were told to bring a valid ID and a photocopy of our I20

Hi everyone, I was denied visa in January, so I deferred my admission but unfortunately I can't use the same sponsor I used in January, as I plan to go for another interview in may, I will like to know if I can change my sponsor and what kind of excuse I can give the Vo, cuz I think telling the Vo the real reason(money has been moved from the account) is not wise, please help
