the situation today was totally not nice. But I've done mine finally sha. They almost finished me with questions from my field when they saw my result. Over 12 questionts oo....but at the end #Godwin

@ NIS Benue command, the process started smoothly and then they went on break for almost 3hrs now. We still the wait but #Godwin.

I got a message from Revtelcom this morning to showup@ Opebi, Lagos for training leading to job placement as customer/call centre agent....pls is dis said compant real cos i dont even hav TF. It wont b funny to be rubbed of d money i boro. Pls help a brother from another mother!!!

if you are interested in getting knowledge from the training, then I advice you to go for it. But if you're after the job, don't bother. I trained there.

check again, your invitation can't say 27th cos the CBT stops on 25th

NIS have started sending text messages for people to go to their sites to download the new invitation letter. So if u don't get the text then it means u were not shortlisted. I got my text message in my phone this morning telling me to go and download a new one. The first iv I downloaded stated bauchi state university as my CBT center and I became so discouraged cos of the distance that I told myself I wasn't going again, only to receive text this morning and went to their site to download, and surprisingly I saw Chams city in Garki abuja... i'm so so so happy

I just uploaded mine about an hour ago. When u login u'll see 'upload document,' as soon as u click it will take u to file directory.

that's how it was before, well now that the date to upload documents have been extended, do you still see the "upload documents" icon? I couldn't upload all my documents before the initial deadline, now I can't find the icon even tho it has been extended

did you find the icon to upload documents on the portal? I think since its not there, then one can't becos it was there until the last deadline April 10th, 11:59pm. Then it was removed afterwards. Now that I hear there's an extension in time to upload documents, maybe the icon will be restored, I dunno. Pls if you find it, update me. Goodluck

yeah...I got that too, there was also an extension for uploading documents till 27th April but when I checked their portal, the icon to upload documents is not there. My exam was changed from 9:15 to 9:00, same day. Pls anybody finds the upload button, update me please. I got a text message too. All the best guys!!

I still maintain that if your phone can log you in to nairaland, you can also check for yourself whether or not you were shortlisted. You will just need to find a PC to get further details and that's after the tension of whether or not you were shortlisted has cooled. Good luck guys.

Pls, those that have received the mails should atleast give us clue, as per the contents of d mails, even as we still await ours. Na beg we dey beg ooo...

the mail is addressed specially to you. It has your name and it informs you to upload your documents such as educational certs, cert of origin, birth, age declaration, cert of fitness, identification and passport. It also tells you the date, venue and time for your exam. Diff people with diff dates. Hope this helps.

To check whether you're shortlisted for the 2015 NIS recruitment, simply log on to their portal www.nis.fedcivilservice.gov.ng
Click on "shortlisted for exam"
Type in your name or application number in the space provided labelled "search"
If you're shortlisted, your name will show up.
Congratulations and good luck once again.
Don't forget to prepare. Get past questions and answers. Its the surest way to pass NIS aptitude test. 07084683794

that's why it is called an advice. It is not meant to be taken compulsorily.... I didn't direct it to anyone specifically and definitely not to you. So if you found it insultingly rude, why don't you just pass like you didn't see it? Am just saying caution must be taken at all times, even with the littlest of things not to mention job in Nigeria. What's the point asking someone to check for you when you wont trust if he/she checked properly? I bet most people that was checked for will still find more reliable ways of checking it tthemselves just to be sure. You can just check it on your phone or a friends phone or walk into a cafe and check yourself and be satisfied. Anyways congratulations to the wonderful guys and ladies that have been shortlisted. The next stage is preparation....... Get NIS past question delivered to your email in 5 minutes. Pls if you're not interested, just pass, don't curse. People are just busy dropping their application number here on this thread, do you not know that, that is your password to login for the test? After you will say it is your village wintch that did not make you get the job or you blame it on a partial recruitment process whereas you are the cause of your own problem.
